2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If false or misleading information is provided, 3tk10 reserves the right to close the account and withhold deposited funds.
Account Security and Management
3.1 Password and Confidentiality
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You should not share your password or login information with anyone. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify the 3tk10 support team immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension and Closure
3tk10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for any reason — particularly in cases of fraud, rule violations, or suspicious activity. Members may also voluntarily request to close their own account.
3.3 Third-Party Use Prohibited
Betting or playing casino games on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited. Each account is for the exclusive personal use of the registered individual only.
3.4 Liability for Technical Issues
If any discrepancy in a game or bet result occurs due to server outages, network problems, or software errors, 3tk10 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant transaction.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
4.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods on 3tk10 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer) is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
4.2 Withdrawal Process and Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required if identity verification or anti-money laundering review is needed. 3tk10 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request.
4.3 Source of Funds
Each member confirms that the funds they use on the platform are their own legitimate earnings. Using funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.4 Payment Method Matching
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method and the same account. Transactions using another person's account are not permitted under any circumstances.

New members are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (deposit and bonus combined). Funds cannot be withdrawn from the bonus until the wagering requirement is completed.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

6.1 Determination of Results
The results of all games are determined through the certified systems of the respective game providers. 3tk10 does not interfere with game results. In the event of any dispute, the provider's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or betting market. These limits may vary depending on the type of game and event. 3tk10 reserves the right to change any bet limit.
6.3 Currency Type
All transactions on 3tk10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.
6.4 Exploitation of Technical Advantages Prohibited
Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
